Practical information

Course venue and timing

All courses are held from 9.00-16.00, unless otherwise stated in the course description.
Coffee available from 8.30

Seminars
The venue is listed under the specific event.

Course refreshments
You will, of course, be provided with full refreshments during the running of a course.
8.30-9.00 coffee
12.00-13.00 lunc
During the morning and afternoon there will be breaks with refreshments.

Half-day courses
We service a lunch sandwich as well as refreshments on our half-day courses.

All registrations will be confirmed in writing via e-mail.

Full bookings/cancellation
If there is no room on the course, we attempt to tell you immediately, and you can ask to join the waiting list. You will be offer a seat on a later course. Poets and Plumbers A/S retains the right to cancel courses where this is necessary.

Payment
The course fee is payable on receipt of our invoice. The invoice will be sent 3 weeks before the event takes place. If the invoice should be sent to another person or address than that to which the course confirmation should be sent then this must be communicated at the point of sign-up. Prices exclude VAT.

Postponement and cancellation
If you postpone or cancel your participation later than 2 weeks before a course or seminar, you will be required to pay full price. If you can’t come, then of course you are welcome to send another participant from the same company.

Digital Lounge
Our Digital Lounge events are free of charge. However, we do require a fee of DKK 400 if you don’t tell us you are unable to attend at least 24 hours before the event begins.
Anyone can sign up for Digital Lounge, but members of the Digital Elite have first rights. That means that, for non-members of the Digital Elite, your registration wion’t always be confirmed straight away. But you will be informed of the outcome at least 14 days before the event.
