In the immortal words of Confucius: “I hear and I forget. I see and I remember. I do and I understand.” Experiential marketing is all about consumers interacting with brands and products, face to face. It’s not for the faint-hearted – a bad experience can wreak more havoc than a bad ad – but at its finest experiential marketing can over-achieve its budget a hundredfold.
